I’ve been a patient of Dr. Walter Hunt for over 40 years—since I was a teenager! I am now in my 60s and live in Florida, but I trust no other dentist with my oral health. I travel back to MN for my dental needs because Dr. Hunt and his team provide the best, most caring dentistry I have ever experienced. They treat you like family, not just a patient. Exceptional expertise, warm atmosphere, and truly dedicated professionals.

This was my 3rd or 4th cleaning/checkup at Personal Care Dentistry and I’m continually impressed at the care I receive there. The staff is professional, friendly, and delivers gentle, painless dental services. If you are looking for a dental clinic that provides exceptional care and service, I would highly recommend Personal Care Dentistry. 4/15/2026 Update – Just wanted to reiterate what I’ve said earlier… Personal Care Dentistry is a wonderful place. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists is friendly, professional, and puts you at ease from the very start. I love Personal Care Dentistry and have been a patient there for almost 50 years…. In fact I saw Dr. Hunt when he was working with Dr. Stende before he started his own practice. His hygienists are top notch as was my appointment today. I feel like a treasured patient and friend. I could not give them high enough praise for the way they treat me and care about me. I am glad his sons are following in his footsteps, but I am also glad he still hangs in there part of the week for some of his ‘old timer’ patients. Today I received another excellent cleaning and thorough exam afterwards with Dr. Andrew another highly qualified dentist on the team.

So happy with the service here since I switched to this dentist office. I’ve had to reschedule a couple times and was able to find alternate appointments easily. I’ve also had great experiences with multiple hygienists. They have been very careful in avoiding my sensitive gums and have friendly personalities.
