Personal Care Dentistry is beyond wonderful. I’ve been going there for nearly 14 years. The staff is wonderful and the dental hygienists and dentists are amazing. They talk you through every procedure and make you feel comfortable the entire time. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 7 years before going to Personal Care Dentistry so of course I had a couple cavities. I was dreading the entire experience as I remembered the trips to the dentist as a child. I didn’t need to worry as they took excellent care of me. I’ve been cavity free ever since my first visit. I know I’m in great hands when I go for my visits! If I could rate my dental hygienist at 100, I would! Kari is awesome!!! Been seeing her since 2010. A friend recommended PCD to me and I was lucky to be assigned to Kari for my first appointment. I’m always amazed at what Kari remembers about my life since we only see each other once every six months. I’m grateful that she remembers the little details and truly believe when she says she cares about her patients, I am not a number.

My appointment was at 7:30 AM, so I did not have to wait long before getting called in. The hygienist introduced herself and was friendly and professional. She asked the usual questions such as any change to my medication and any issues with my teeth and she answered my questions. She described her steps as she progressed through my treatment. The cleaning was quick and comfortable. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for the dentist to come for his exam. The hygienist scheduled my next 6 month appointment; therefore, I did not have to check out at the front desk.
